DRC FAMILY MARTIAL ARTS - Classes

We don't teach our students to be brutal, we teach them to be a strong and kind person. We teach them how to build, instead of destroying. We teach them looking for a fight will put them in a dangerous position in their life. We also teach them how to have confidence in having a successful life.

Each of the classes is designed specifically for the needs and skill level of the individual.

Age groups:  

(3-4 yrs old // 5-6 yrs old // 7-10 yrs old // TEENS CLASS) // Adults

KIDS

We believe that it is never too early to teach children about confidence, respect, discipline and focus- four key building blocks to help them succeed in life. Our classes aren’t just about kicking or punching, but instead, helping and caring for others, knowing when to use self-defence techniques.

Beginners Martial Arts Class
ADULTS

Our adult classes are designed for beginner and advanced martial artists. In these classes, you will train together and learn from each other. These lessons are based on self-defence and involve many hand strike and kicking techniques.

This program will help increase your capabilities mentally and physically, help you lose weight and increase strength and muscle tone.

Karate Course
TEENAGERS

We teach them to get stronger mentally and physically as well as how to control it, which enforces their decision making. Thus, leading your child to improve their Quality of Life. Our classes are a great place for kids to socialize, make friends, get support, and have a blast.

Matial Arts Training
MORNING KICKBOXING FITNESS

Our programs include different types of kicks (front, side, turning, axe and hook kick) along with different types of punches (jab, cross, upper, hook and body shots), elbows, knees, clinch techniques as well as combinations of them. Also bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats and more.
