YOUR CHILD'S CONFIDENCE IS THE FOUNDATION OF SUCCESS!
Kids
We believe that it is never too early to teach children about confidence, respect, discipline and focus- four key building blocks to help them succeed in life. Our classes aren’t just about kicking or punching, but instead, helping and caring for others, knowing when to use self-defence techniques.
Adults
Our adult classes are designed for beginner and advanced martial artists. In these classes, you will train together and learn from each other. These lessons are based on self-defence and involve many hands strikes and kicking techniques.
This program will help increase your capabilities mentally and physically, help you lose weight and increase strength and muscle tone.
Teenagers
Our programs include different types of kicks (front, side, turning, axe and hook kick) along with different types of punches (jab, cross, upper, hook and body shots), elbows, knees, clinch techniques as well as combinations of them. Also bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats and more. We will guide you step by step to achieve your goal.
Morning Kickboxing
Fitness

At DRC Family Martial Arts and Fitness Centre you learn basic Kickboxing to burn fat, reduce stress and tone up by punching and kicking bags. Fitness Kickboxing is one of the top fat-burning, cardio exercises, with more than 700 calories burned during a one hour class.
Our training at DRC Family Martial Arts is adapted from the Martial Art of Han mu do. Han mu do is a Korean style of Martial Arts which focuses on defensive and offensive strategies in the form of movement, technique and positioning.
Training includes punches, blocks, kicks, sweeps, throwing techniques, joint locking techniques, pressure point techniques, holding, and choking techniques.
It will teach you how to use your opponent’s power against themselves, especially in the situation where your opponent is bigger than you.
Ki (internal energy) is also an important part of Han mu do training and is taught along with breathing exercises that will help you stimulate and control it.

Positive: Communication, Quality
My 8-year-old son has been attending classes for a couple of months
and absolutely loves his sessions. This is not just a martial arts class -
it’s fitness, self-defence and life skills rolled into one! The 8 steps basic
training is fantastic in promoting strong character skills and regular grading
keeps rewarding hard work. Loving how much this class has built confidence
in my son and his skills just keep getting better. thanks a lot to Mr. kamran
It's a wonderful place, where kids learn material art, confidence, self-respect, discipline and have fun.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, with plenty of space for parents to sit and watch and siblings to play with cars, blocks or draw.
I would recommend this place to anyone who likes material art...
So it started by signing my son up for kids classes. Now me, my wife, my brother and 2 sisters-in-law all attend different classes. We've all learnt so much in a few months and can't wait to go back every night. What I love about this place is that no lesson is the same, always different and not repetitive. Instructors are very professional and push you to your limits. The place is super clean and the equipment is always sanitized after every lesson. The best thing I did was sign up. The only regret is not finding this place earlier!! Thank you, DRC
